We aim to provide 1-2 day delivery within Ireland when you place an order before 12.00pm.

UK and international delivery costs is dependent on the size of the order. Please allow 5/7 working days for delivery.
If you are ordering outside the EU please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to pass through customs. If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags still attached. Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
How to return or exchange:
You can return items by post within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.

We can only process a refund with clear instructions of the refund or exchange required.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Any used items can not be replaced or refunded.
